Rialzo V, Sustainable Beauty Week Wrap-Up

It’s been an exciting few weeks here at Redhead with the start of spring, Rialzo V, and Sustainable Beauty Week!

Rialzo is a charity gala benefiting Meridian Health Services. We were fortunate to participate in the event by having our own mini-salon/hair touch-up stations, as well as the privilege of choosing the night’s Best Dressed!

We touched-up several guests’ hair and even a cute pup that was up for auction. Kate Webber was chosen as the night’s best dressed, though everyone looked amazing! We had a great time at Rialzo V and look forward to next year.

Following Rialzo was Sustainable Beauty Week. This week was sponsored by Davines and centered on their products that work well and help our planet. To celebrate this week our team planted Snapdragons from Wasson Nursery in up-cycled Davines liter bottles that we turned into pots. Thanks to Wasson’s for also donating soil and gravel for our project!

Our Snapdragons were available at Redhead all week long for donations. Proceeds from their sale went to The Fruit Tree Planting Foundation. Among a number of other goals, the foundation plants fruit trees in order to alleviate world hunger. Thanks to all who donated to the FTPF, we can’t wait for another Sustainable Beauty Week next year!
