Morgan Stonebraker: Apprenticeship Grad!

We've introduced you to Morgan Stonebraker before (read her first interview here) , and as a recent graduate of our apprenticeship program, Morgan is back and ready for business! We sat down with Morgan as reflected upon her time in the program and on her first days as a stylist.

What was the best part of going through the apprenticeship program? I learned tenfold of what I learned in beauty school. The apprenticeship program here offers you so much real-world and hands-on experience. One of the best parts is learning how to interact with clients, which is super important because it's a huge part of this business. Also, the stylists that you're working with are incredible!

Sounds like this was a great transition for you from beauty school.  Yes, absolutely. I have nothing but praise for this program. I am so thankful that this was a possibility for me. 

What advice would you offer to a new apprentice?   Pay attention! Every opportunity you have is an opportunity to learn from. Make sure you are always there to help and be a hard worker. 

 Now that you've graduated from the apprenticeship program, what are you doing at Redhead?  I'm ready to take clients! I have availability 5 days a week.

What are you most looking forward to in your future at Redhead?   First, I'm looking forward to continuing my education. I love going to classes and learning from professionals. Second, filling my book! I just finished my first week with availability, and I can't wait to gain more life-long clients.
